Display Box Art - "17 Trading Cards"

This 12" x 12" pop art piece features colorful graphics from the 1981 Fleer baseball card wax boxes. The multi-directional composition is cut from a single wax box and assembled as a one-of-a-kind configuration adhered to a wooden panel. The graphics were bold and repetitive, and feature Pete Rose and Reggie Jackson on the box top. The panel's edges are covered with strips of baseball cards from the 1985 Topps set.
