Display Box Art - "Collect All 33 Players"

This 12" x 12" pop art piece features colorful graphics from a fan favorite box designs - 1979 Topps Major League Baseball Bubble Gum. This multi-directional composition is cut from a pair of actual display boxes. The box design features the Nolan Ryan comic, one of 33 in the set that came wrapped around the gum. The two additional generic players look a bit like Thurman Munson and Pete Rose. The box strips were cut and assembled as a one-of-a-kind configuration adhered to a wooden panel.
